More than 90% of activities we develop are procedurized: there are precise procedures for each distribution and for it’s quality control;
There are three levels for the quality control of the distribution:
– real-time checking performed by team leaders;
– random checking performed by professionals controllers;
– transparent checking in mixed teams, formed by an Inbox representative and a person nominated by the client;
– random checking by phone through our call-center department of several addresses included in the distribution area.
In 2015 we achieved an average level of quality (the coverage of selected areas) of 97.6%.
